Exhibitors are not permitted to bring their own glassware, this must be ordered through our official glassware provider Sensible Wine.

Due to reduced loading space and time, there is a key focus on logistical planning this year. We encourage you to utilise our official logistics provider's advanced warehouse offering - CEVA. If this is not practical, then please carefully read all of the below:
Book your vehicle in here - due to reduced loading space and time there are limited slots available, and this is done on a first come-first serve basis. Vehicles without a time slot will be turned away.
All courier deliveries must be made directly to the official logistics contractor - CEVA. You can either then collect these yourself or arrange for the logistics contractor to deliver to your stand. Use of couriers is discouraged, and we recommend using our official contractor.
Exhibitors bringing products to BCB London during build-up and breakdown that want to unload a vehicle onsite will need to book a time slot within our traffic scheduling system.
If you are not bringing materials, you are advised to get public transport to the venue.

Our official logistics partner CEVA will be providing storage onsite for all exhibitor stock. We recommend sending all storage to their offsite warehouse ahead of the event and they will deliver it to your stand.
To order catering for your stand please get in touch with Tobacco Dock Food ([email protected]).

Exhibitor Personnel Badges
For security reasons every member of your stand staff must wear an Exhibitor badge in order to gain admission to the hall. This provides access to the show during build up and breakdown times as well as the open period. It is requested that exhibitors wear their badges at all times during the event. Exhibitor Personnel Badges can be ordered online through the Exhibitor Portal. It is the responsibility of the Main Stand Holder to order and register badges for each person that will be working on the stand during the show as Exhibitor Badges are non-transferrable.

Sustainability
BCB London is committed to promoting sustainability in exhibitions and we continually work with venues, suppliers and contractors to reduce the impact our activities have on the environment.
RX has signed up to the Net Zero Carbon Events pledge with the aim of achieving zero emissions by 2040. To help us reach our goal we have produced a sustainability charter, guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals which will direct our considerations as to the ways in which our events are organised.
With the charter in mind we have created an Exhibitor Sustainability Checklist which you can utilise in the planning of your participation at BCB London.
We are also pleased to announce the below sustainable initiatives that you can participate in at the event:
- Water refill stations
- Recyclable lanyards
- Prominent recycling bins across show floor
