General
When and where does BCB London 2025 take place?
BCB London takes place at Tobacco Dock, from June 30th until July 1st 2025.
What are the opening hours for visitors?
Visitors have access to BCB London from 10am until 6pm.
What’s the program for 2025?
You will find a link here when the program is published.
What dining options are available for visitors?
There will be Food trucks and free water onsite.
Is smoking allowed inside the Halls?
Smoking is strictly forbidden on the whole grounds of Tobacco Dock. There will be a designated smoking area outside of the venue.
I am a media representative, whom should I contact?
Is there a VIP area and who has access?
Yes, there will be a VIP area only VIPs, speakers, press, and people on the guestlist can enter.
Can anyone attend BCB 2025?
No, BCB is a trade show for industry professionals and associated partners only. Proof of appropriate identification must be presented in our ticket shop and will be approved by us. Additionally, Visitors have to be at least 18 years old.
Is the Fairground accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, the fairground is accessible for wheelchairs.
Can I bring my dog?
No, animals are not allowed at the Fairgrounds.
Parking and Arrival
Can I park there/ Can I reach Tobacco Dock with public Transport?
Here, you can check how to reach the Fairground. We recommend traveling with public transport.
Is there a Dresscode?
Come as you are. BCB reserves the right to ask inappropriately dressed visitors to leave the venue.
Are Backpacks allowed / Will there be a cloakroom?
You can bring Backpacks that are smaller than DINA4 (21cm x 30cm) and there will be a cloakroom downstairs in the vault level.
Which entrance should be used at the exhibition grounds?
There is only one entrance, which is located on Wapping Lane.

How can I get a ticket for BCB 2024?

Can I change the name on my ticket?
It’s not possible to change the ticket personalization after the transaction has been completed.
How can I cancel my ticket?
We do not offer cancellations. For any further questions please contact [email protected].
How can I redeem a voucher?
You can redeem a voucher in our ticket shop in the section “redeem voucher’’.
Is there a discount for people with disabilities?
Visitors with a valid disability card must pay the full price but may bring one companion free of charge.
What kind of Tickets are available?
There are Tickets available for visitors for one day, two days, exhibitors and guest bartenders.
I lost my ticket – what now?
Don’t worry, your digital ticket is also accepted. If you have an account in our shop, simply log back in to access it. If there’s a problem, please contact: [email protected].
Can I spontaneously buy a Ticket at the Entrance?
Yes, there will be a cash desk at the entrance.

Do I need to register in advance for workshop/stage places?
The sessions are first-come, first-serve. Be sure to arrive early to any sessions you would like to attend!

Do I need a Visa?
Please check the visa regulations that apply to your home country. You’ll find visa information in our ticket shop when purchasing a ticket for the BCB London.

Do I have to exhibit the full two days?
Yes, exhibitors are required to exhibit in full length and are not allowed to deconstruct until the show officially finishes.
When is set up? How many days do I have to calculate for the Fair?
Set-up takes place on Saturday, 28th June for space only exhibitors, and on Sunday, 29th June for stand exhibitors. Dismantling is scheduled for everyone on the day after the fair, Wednesday, 2nd July.
As an Exhibitor, how much time do I need for preparation? Until when can I register as an Exhibitor? What will the Fair provide me with?
